MIBR Dominate PARIVISION to Secure First CS Asia Championships 2026 Playoff Spot
MIBR continue strong CAC 2026 run with convincing win over PARIVISION
HLTV.org reported that MIBR became the first team to qualify for the playoffs at the CS Asia Championships 2026 after a commanding 2-0 victory over PARIVISION.
The Brazilian squad secured the series with a 13-6 win on Mirage and a dominant 13-4 performance on Ancient, extending their impressive start to the tournament following an earlier victory against 3DMAX.
insani powers MIBR with MVP-level performance
Felipe “insani” Yuji delivered one of the standout individual displays of CAC 2026 so far. The 21-year-old rifler completely took over Ancient, posting 20 kills within the first 10 rounds and ending the map with a remarkable 2.38 rating.
Across the series, insani finished with:
38 kills
113.0 ADR
1.80 Rating 3.0
His explosive form continues a strong stretch for MIBR ahead of the upcoming Major season.
Speaking to HLTV.org interview coverage earlier in the tournament, insani said:
“We came into this event a renewed and much-improved team.”
He also credited the roster’s recent bootcamp for helping improve communication and overall structure.
PARIVISION struggles continue at CAC 2026
For PARIVISION, the loss raises further concerns about consistency heading into the second half of the season.
The team managed only two T-side rounds across both maps combined, with Mirage remaining a major weakness. According to HLTV statistics, PARIVISION had won just two of their previous eight Mirage games before facing MIBR.
Earlier this week, team captain Jame admitted the roster was still searching for stability after recent disappointing results.
In an interview with HLTV.org, Jame stated:
“We were ready for the slump to happen soon.”
The veteran AWPer explained that the lineup expected growing pains during its first season together and was focused on long-term development rather than short-term panic.
