PARIVISION Clinch Majestic LanDaLan 3 Title in 3–2 Thriller Over BetBoom
PARIVISION emerged victorious at Majestic LanDaLan 3, edging out BetBoom 3–2 in the best-of-five grand final, held in Moscow. This win not only secures them the tournament crown but also reopens their path to qualification for the StarLadder Budapest Major.
Tournament Highlights & Significance
Event details: Held from September 25 to 28, 2025 in Moscow, Majestic LanDaLan 3 featured eight teams competing for a $50,000 prize pool.
Prize split: PARIVISION earned $30,000 for first place, while BetBoom took $10,000 as the runner-up.
Tier classification: The event is classified as a Valve Tier-2 / B-Tier tournament, organized by MPKBK and GLuck Esports.
With this victory, PARIVISION moved up to #15 in Europe in the VRS standings, thereby placing themselves in contention for a spot in Stage 1 of the Budapest Major. However, the team has no further matches before the October 6 invitation cutoff, meaning their fate will depend on how other teams above them perform.
As PARIVISION’s Emil “nota” Moskvitin remarked earlier in the event,
“One way or another, we weren’t really counting on [the Major]. … It would be good to play well at this event, with the rest being unimportant. The Major is secondary at the moment.”
Final: Match-by-Match Recap
The grand final was a rollercoaster of momentum swings:
Mirage (BetBoom pick) – PARIVISION won 13–10
PARIVISION maintained parity at 6–6 at half, thanks in part to Vladislav “xiELO” Lysov, who delivered a strong 2.00 rating on the offensive side. BetBoom claimed the pistol round, but PARIVISION managed to hold on for the map victory. Ancient – PARIVISION 13–7
After a 3–3 start, PARIVISION pulled ahead to 9–3 on the attack, with xiELO continuing to shine.
BetBoom briefly threatened after a pistol round win but couldn’t close the gap.
Train – BetBoom 13–8
With their back to the wall, BetBoom’s Kirill “Boombl4” Mikhailov turned in a 1.99 rating, leading his team to force the series into a fourth map.
Overpass – PARIVISION 13–3
Decisively one-sided, PARIVISION dominated the map and clinched the series 3–1 overall.
Interestingly, BetBoom had previously previewed a strong mindset going into the final. Boombl4 commented ahead of the showdown:
“I obviously believe that we are the favorites. I think that the game will be tough, because the veto is not perfect for us. But it won't be the first BO5, for me, so I hope it will be 3-0 like last time [laughs].”
Road to the Final & Other Matches
In the semi-final, PARIVISION defeated TPuDCATb TPu 2–0 (maps: Ancient and Dust2).
Leading that match, xiELO and BELCHONOKK posted outstanding statistics: xiELO produced a 1.34 rating, and BELCHONOKK had 1.31.
Earlier in the event, PARIVISION also beat 9BOOMPRO 2–0 (Mirage and Inferno) in the winners’ match of Group B.
Meanwhile, BetBoom made their way to the final by defeating 9BOOMPRO in a 2–0 series (Dust2, Ancient) in the other semi-final bracket.
