Lynn Vision and PARIVISION Secure ESL Pro League Season 23 Spots After Regional Finals Victories

On 20 November 2025 it was confirmed that two teams — Lynn Vision (Asia-Pacific) and PARIVISION (Europe) — secured qualification for ESL Pro League Season 23.

Lynn Vision’s triumph

Lynn Vision claimed their spot by winning the ESL Challenger League Season 50 Asia‑Pacific Finals, defeating Rare Atom in a grueling five-map series.
The match was intensely close: each map either went the distance or into multiple overtimes. Rare Atom took an early 12-7 lead on Inferno, then started 7-0 on Dust 2 before losing that map. On Ancient, Lynn Vision had a 10-5 lead with economy control, only to collapse on their T-side.
In the final two maps, star rifler Zhe “Westmelon” Niu stepped up, posting a 2.04 rating on Train and 1.89 on Overpass, with average damage per round (ADR) around 120 over both maps. His performances helped clinch the series for Lynn Vision.

PARIVISION’s run

In Europe, PARIVISION breezed past their opponent in the ESL Challenger League Season 50 Europe Finals, defeating SINNERS 3-0 (13-8 Overpass, 13-7 Inferno, 13-7 Mirage) to claim their Pro League berth.
Interestingly, the Russian side had not played an official match for about a month before starting this finals campaign, choosing instead to bootcamp ahead of their upcoming StarLadder Budapest Major 2025 appearance.
That preparation appears to have paid off: PARIVISION extended their streak to three wins in their last three online events, building a 10-series win streak across all competitions.

The bigger picture & remaining spots

With Lynn Vision and PARIVISION now qualified, they join two previously-confirmed teams in EPL S23: SemperFi (who booked their place by winning all four ESL Challenger cups in Oceania) and M80 (who secured their spot by winning the DreamHack Knockout Atlanta 2025).
There are three more slots up for grabs: winners of the North America and South America Challenger League finals (scheduled 21 Nov and 20 Nov respectively) and the winner of the upcoming DreamHack Knockout Stockholm 2025 (end of November). The remaining teams for the season will be selected via VRS ranking.

What it means for the teams

For Lynn Vision, emerging from a strenuous 5-map decider to secure a global league berth signals their readiness to step up into the pro tier. The turnaround after losing leads shows resilience and depth.
For PARIVISION, the dominant 3-0 sweep — arriving after a break and a bootcamp — suggests a well-executed preparation plan and momentum heading into bigger tournaments.
In the broader context of ESL’s global ecosystem, the allocation of Pro League berths through regional Challengers reinforces the pathway from lower-tier to top-tier competition, and highlights the geographic diversity of teams entering Season 23.
