FL1T says Jame has evolved as PARIVISION’s young roster takes shape

Evgenii “FL1T” Lebedev’s reunion with Dzhami “Jame” Ali is built around familiar faces, but not the same responsibilities.

Now representing PARIVISION alongside Jame and coach Dastan “dastan” Akbayev, FL1T has returned to a system connected to the biggest success of his career while taking on a more senior role within a considerably younger lineup. A different version of Jame

FL1T spent years inside Jame-led teams, so his assessment of the captain carries more weight than a first impression from a new teammate.

The rifler believes Jame has continued to develop since their previous spell together, both because Counter-Strike itself has changed and because leading a younger lineup demands a different approach. FL1T described a captain who is more involved in controlling specific areas of the game and more deliberate in the ideas he brings to the server.

“His ideas are even stronger and more thought out than they used to be,” FL1T said.

That observation is particularly relevant to the structure PARIVISION are trying to build. Jame is no longer directing a veteran-heavy Outsiders or Virtus.pro lineup whose players had spent years learning the same system. PARIVISION’s current five has played only five official maps together, making clarity in preparation and mid-round decision-making even more important.

For FL1T, the changes do not mean Jame has abandoned the methodical style associated with his teams. Instead, he sees an IGL who has adapted his leadership to a roster where development is part of the job.

FL1T has more responsibility than before

FL1T’s individual job has not been completely reinvented. He remains a rifler expected to provide firepower and contribute in later stages of rounds.

What has changed is how much attention he needs to give to the players around him.

“I have to be more focused on the team,” he explained while discussing his role in PARIVISION.

With Jame and dastan providing the established leadership core, FL1T effectively becomes another experienced reference point for xiELO, zweih and slaxejezzz. He told HLTV that he is expected to help the younger players while also contributing with mid-round and late-round calls rather than concentrating exclusively on his own game.

It is a notable shift for a player whose value has traditionally been measured primarily through his consistency as a rifler. PARIVISION did not simply add FL1T for another source of kills; his experience in structured teams and deep tournament runs gives the roster something it lacked during the first half of the season.

That was also part of PARIVISION’s reasoning when the organization signed him. FL1T arrived on July 29 as the permanent replacement for HObbit, reuniting with Jame and dastan after spending roughly five months on Virtus.pro’s transfer list.

Returning from the bench was more tactical than mechanical

FL1T was benched and transfer-listed by Virtus.pro in February after the organization committed to a wider rebuild following a poor start to 2026. He did not return to a permanent starting lineup until PARIVISION signed him at the end of July.

The long spell without regular official matches created an obvious question: how difficult was it to become match-ready again?

For FL1T, raw mechanics were not the main problem. He said he continued working on his individual level while sidelined. The more difficult adjustment was communication and reacquainting himself with how rounds were being played at the highest level.

His explanation highlights an aspect of inactivity that raw aim practice cannot fully reproduce. A player can maintain mechanics outside officials, but timings, reactions to current protocols and the small details of competitive rounds are harder to replicate without playing consistently against top opposition.

FL1T admitted that being outside regular competition left him behind in some of those details. At the same time, he said the overall return felt relatively comfortable once he was back inside a functioning team environment.

The bench period gave FL1T time to rethink his game

The months away were not presented purely as lost time.

FL1T said he used the period to reflect on his own game and reached several new conclusions about how he wants to play. He was deliberately vague about the details, preferring to see whether the changes produce results before explaining them publicly.

That makes FISSURE Playground 3 particularly useful as an early test.

FL1T has played only five official maps with PARIVISION so far. Across that small sample, he holds a 0.97 HLTV Rating 3.0, meaning there is nowhere near enough data yet to draw a firm conclusion about his individual level in the new system.

There have already been flashes, however. In PARIVISION’s elimination loss to MOUZ at the Esports World Cup, FL1T produced a 1.50 rating on Inferno despite his team falling 13-10 on the map. He had struggled in the 13-4 Dust2 defeat immediately beforehand.

That inconsistency is understandable for a player returning to a new lineup after an extended period without regular officials, but the next few events should offer a much clearer picture than the five-map sample from Paris.

PARIVISION’s first event with FL1T

The Esports World Cup was the first official tournament for PARIVISION’s current five.

Their campaign opened with a narrow 13-11 loss to B8 on Cache before they responded by sweeping 100 Thieves 2-0. The run ended against MOUZ, who won Dust2 13-4 and Inferno 13-10 to eliminate PARIVISION.

The result left the lineup with two map wins and three losses from its first event together.

That record is more useful as a starting point than as a verdict. With so little official data, PARIVISION do not yet have a meaningful map sample under their current configuration. FISSURE Playground 3 should therefore offer a better indication of how far Jame and dastan have developed the team since FL1T’s debut.

It will also show whether FL1T is becoming the secondary in-round voice he described in the interview.

TYLOO provide an immediate rematch storyline

PARIVISION begin their FISSURE Playground 3 run against TYLOO, and there is recent history between the organizations.

TYLOO beat PARIVISION 13-5 on Mirage at XSE Pro League Guangzhou on July 2. Jame, xiELO, zweih and slaxejezzz all played in that match, but the fifth player was HObbit rather than FL1T. TYLOO used the same five players currently listed for FISSURE Playground 3.

The previous score therefore has some relevance, but it should not be treated as a direct comparison between identical lineups.

PARIVISION changed an important piece afterward, adding FL1T following their run to second place in Guangzhou, while the new version has had only one tournament to establish its own tendencies.

TYLOO enter the match ranked No. 34 compared to PARIVISION’s No. 17, although the Chinese side have recently been active in the IEM Beijing Asia Closed Qualifier.

Why the interview matters

FL1T’s comments offer an early explanation of what PARIVISION expect from their most significant summer addition.

On paper, bringing him back together with Jame and dastan was an obvious move: the trio already understand one another, share Major-winning history, and give PARIVISION substantially more experience.

The more important question is how that experience is being used.

FL1T’s description suggests PARIVISION want him to operate as more than an established rifler placed next to three younger teammates. He is being asked to assist with calls, help players through rounds and reduce some of the developmental burden on Jame and dastan.

At the same time, FL1T sees a different captain from the one he previously played under. Jame’s principles may be familiar, but the details of his leadership and preparation have continued to change.
