Virtus.pro Bench and Transfer-List FL1T & fame Amid Complete Roster Rebuild

Russian esports organisation Virtus.pro have taken the next major step in overhauling their Counter-Strike 2 roster by benching Evgenii “FL1T” Lebedev and Petr “fame” Bolyshev, making both players available for transfer.

After internal discussions and performance evaluations, the club’s management concluded that the current roster configuration was not delivering the required results, and changes were necessary. As such, both FL1T and fame have been moved out of the active lineup and are open to transfer offers as Virtus.pro look to rebuild their competitive core.

Poor Results Lead to Roster Shake-Up

The decision comes after a disastrous start to the 2026 season, where Virtus.pro failed to win a single series in HLTV-recorded competition, posting a 0-5 SL record in 2026 and early exits from events including BLAST Bounty, CCT Season 3 Europe Series 13, and Exort Cataclysm LAN.

This latest move follows the benching of Ilya “Perfecto” Zalutskiy earlier in February, when the organisation said it was taking a “temporary competitive pause” to search for an optimal lineup, including a new in-game leader.

FL1T & fame: From Major Glory to Transfer List

FL1T and fame have both been part of Virtus.pro’s organisation for several years and were integral components during some of the club’s most successful runs:

  • FL1T had been with the team since October 2021, long before the organisation’s rebrand from Outsiders.

  • fame joined the squad in May 2022 and, alongside FL1T, was pivotal in the team’s deep run at the IEM Rio Major, where the roster competed under the Outsiders tag.

Both players were instrumental in securing multiple trophies during their tenure — including IEM Rio Major 2022 and notable Challenger events — and are thanked by Virtus.pro for their professionalism and dedication throughout their time with the club.

What This Means for Virtus.pro

With FL1T, fame, and Perfecto all benched and on the transfer list, Virtus.pro’s active roster is now reduced to a core made up primarily of VP.Prodigy talents such as Vladimir “b1st” Krasikov and Vadim “tO0RO” Arkov, along with head coach Dmitriy “ProbLeM” Martinov.

The club’s VRS ranking has also been impacted by the changes, with the loss of key contributors resulting in Virtus.pro dropping from their previous standing.

Virtus.pro have stated that a refreshed active lineup will be announced in due course as they aim to stabilise results and rebuild competitiveness following one of the most consequential roster overhauls in recent memory for the organisation.
