zweih on PARIVISION: “The Vibes Are Completely Different Than in Spirit”

Ivan “zweih” Gogin has spoken openly about his move to PARIVISION, highlighting a noticeably better team atmosphere compared to his time in Team Spirit. According to the young rifler, expectations before the transfer were far worse than the reality he encountered.

“I honestly thought it would be much worse. But the vibes here are absolutely different than in Spirit. I like it here — I’d even say more,” zweih said.

This statement came shortly after PARIVISION’s successful online run that secured them a spot at the BLAST Bounty Winter 2026 LAN stage.

Better Atmosphere and Clear Roles

One of the key differences zweih pointed out is role clarity. In PARIVISION, his responsibilities are clearly defined, which has made adaptation much easier.

“It’s easier here than it was in Spirit. They gave me one role, and I stick to it until the end of the round,” zweih explained.

Clear structure and simplified decision-making have allowed him to focus more on individual impact rather than juggling multiple tasks.

Immediate Results After the Transfer

zweih officially joined PARIVISION in late December 2025, replacing Andrey “AW” Anisimov, who left the active roster after the 2025 season.

The early results speak for themselves:

PARIVISION defeated ENCE and Astralis online.

The team qualified for the BLAST Bounty Winter 2026 finals.

zweih averaged a 1.61 rating, including a 1.92 series rating against Astralis, becoming the top performer in the server.

These performances quickly silenced doubts surrounding the roster move.

Coach dastan on zweih’s Potential

PARIVISION head coach Dastan “dastan” Akbayev has publicly praised zweih’s work ethic and ceiling, emphasizing a careful, player-focused approach during the first months.

“With Vanya, the first half-year will definitely be soft communication. I want him to unlock himself 100%. We watch his POVs almost every evening. I believe MVPs will come,” dastan said.

The coach also noted zweih’s background in structured systems, which helps him adapt faster to PARIVISION’s playstyle.

Reaction From Team Spirit

Former Team Spirit captain Leonid “chopper” Vishnyakov commented on zweih’s move, saying the transition should be smooth due to PARIVISION’s understandable system.

“Everything should be fine. PARIVISION has a clear style. He just needs to learn his role,” chopper stated.

He also suggested that with experience, the team could surpass the limits previously discussed by analysts and players.

Why This Story Matters

zweih’s comments are more than just positive words about a new team. They align with:

Strong early results

Clear in-game roles

Active, detail-oriented coaching

If PARIVISION can maintain this structure and zweih continues performing at the same level, the team could become one of the most dangerous dark horses in CS2 heading into the 2026 season.
