In a thrilling quarter-final at FISSURE Playground 2 in Belgrade, The MongolZ upset G2 Esports 2-1 to advance to the semi-finals. 

Match Recap:

• Map 1 (Mirage): The MongolZ took their own map pick, fighting back strongly after an early deficit. They trailed 1-7 but recovered to lead 9-3 at halftime, ultimately winning 13-11.

• Map 2 (Dust2): G2 bounced back decisively, storming to an 8-0 lead on attack. Though The MongolZ managed a seven-round streak later, G2 closed the map 13-7.

• Map 3 (Ancient): After a close first half (7-5 in favor of The MongolZ), the Mongolian squad played aggressively, especially on their T-side. At 11-9, G2 had a power-play opportunity, with huNter- making a 4v5 into a 4v3, but then Senzu answered back with a double. The MongolZ won 13-9 to seal the series.
