s1mple & electroNic’s BC.Game fall to BIG, bow out of Skyesports CEGC EU qualifier

BC.Game’s star duo Oleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev and Denis “electroNic” Sharipov were eliminated from the European qualifier for the Skyesports Chennai Esports Global Championship 2025 after a 0–2 loss to BIG on October 22. The Germans dominated Overpass 13–4 and Mirage 13–5 to clinch a Chennai LAN berth, while BC.Game’s run ended in the semi-finals.

HLTV’s match report highlighted new BIG AWPer Gleb “gr1ks” Gazin as series MVP (38–14, 1.66 rating across two maps) as BIG’s refreshed lineup continued to gel following recent roster changes. On the BC.Game side, s1mple and electroNic posted negative ratings in the series.

How they got there

BC.Game opened with a 13–6 win over QUAZAR in their first match together this week.

They then survived a scare versus NOVAQ, mounting an 11-round T-side comeback in the decider to reach the semis.

BIG advanced on the other side and sealed qualification by sweeping BC.Game; several outlets also noted a light-hearted “troll” post from BIG afterwards on X.

Roster/transfer context (recent)

electroNic signed for BC.Game on Oct 18, 2025, reuniting with s1mple after his stint on Virtus.pro’s bench.

s1mple joined BC.Game in late July 2025 after parting ways with NAVI, setting up the long-awaited reunion.

What’s next

Following this defeat, s1mple’s BC.Game LAN debut is still on hold. ESI notes BC.Game’s next notable date is the ESL Challenger League S50 regional finals on November 18 (winner qualifies to ESL Pro League S23 in Feb 2026).
