Ozstrik3r Revives Legendary against All authority with New French CS2 Lineup
French Counter-Strike veteran Steeve “Ozstrik3r” Flavigni has officially brought back against All authority (aAa) to the Counter-Strike scene, reviving one of France’s oldest esports brands with a new CS2 lineup and a fully transparent project built around his content platform, Ozstrik3rtv.
According to the announcement, the revival is directly connected to Ozstrik3r’s Twitch-focused project, which aims to support the French scene through talk shows, talent scouting initiatives, and academy-style development.
Full CS2 Lineup and Staff
The new aAa roster is fully French and includes:
Alexis “Saax” Edeline
Adam “AdaMmMm” Ducotey
Elie “SLIE9000” Scholastique
Matthieu “7AIZO” Vaillant
Evan “Asi0K” Kussmaul
Coaching responsibilities fall to Julien “Krav” Hernandez, previously an assistant coach at LDLC, while Ozstrik3r supports the team through his media and management work on Ozstrik3rtv.
Transfer listings and database records confirm that most players joined throughout 2025, and Krav is officially registered as the team’s coach.
Transparent Project with Full-Access Broadcasts
A defining feature of the project is its complete transparency:
All official matches will be streamed on Ozstrik3r’s channel with in-game voice comms enabled, providing viewers a rare, unfiltered look into the communication and workflow of a French sub-top roster.
Behind-the-scenes footage and documentary-style content will further detail the team’s development process. French esports outlet LaSource notes that the channel will act as a broader ecosystem for interviews, talent scouting shows, and academy-focused content tied to the new aAa project.
A Historic Brand in French Counter-Strike
Against All authority is a staple of early French esports. Founded in the 2000s, the organization was active in both CS 1.6 and CS:GO, often nurturing some of the region’s top prospects.
One of its most famous alumni is Mathieu “ZywOo” Herbaut, who played for aAa in 2017–2018 before being signed by Team Vitality—a move that marked the beginning of one of the greatest careers in modern Counter-Strike.
This is not the organization’s first return to the game. In 2017, aAa made a comeback with a lineup coached by Ozstrik3r. At that time, president Olivier “Oz” Ozoux described the return as a “great pleasure,” calling aAa a “true institution” with a long-standing legacy in esports.
Ozstrik3r’s Long-Term Development Vision
Steeve “Ozstrik3r” Flavigni is one of France’s most accomplished Counter-Strike figures, with a career spanning CS 1.6, CS:GO, coaching roles, and management positions across organizations such as Millenium, LDLC, 3DMAX, Falcons, and previous versions of aAa.
The announcement stresses that the 2025 revival focuses on building a bridge between France’s sub-top scene and professional play through mentorship, structured training, and long-term planning—not instant results.
This mirrors comments he made earlier in 2025 regarding the Gentle Mates project, where he emphasized that some teams succeed through gradual development rather than immediate performance, contrasting them with well-funded organizations built for quick success.
Reactions from the French Scene
The announcement quickly gained traction on social media.
On X, Ozstrik3r wrote:
“I’m proud to announce my new team, and above all…the return of the legendary aAa tag at my side.”
French commentator ArthuRrrr congratulated everyone involved, calling it “incredible” to see such a mythical structure return to CS2.
French community outlets described the revival as “writing a new page” in aAa’s Counter-Strike history, highlighting how the brand’s legacy from the early 2000s still resonates with fans.
Historical Echoes and Legacy
The tone of the 2025 announcement echoes sentiments from aAa’s 2017 comeback, where team leaders described the brand as “mythical” and emphasized its long-standing influence in French esports.
Although that lineup didn’t break into the top tier, the organization’s record of developing talent—including ZywOo—remains a central part of its legacy.
Impact on the French CS2 Ecosystem
The new aAa roster is expected to compete primarily in regional and sub-top European tournaments, with all matches streamed publicly on Ozstrik3rtv. They are also positioned to participate in French circuits such as the Aztec Circuit National and similar domestic competitions.
With major French organizations like Vitality, 3DMAX, and Falcons occupying the spotlight, aAa’s return provides additional structure and opportunity for rising French talent.
By combining a historic brand, a development-first vision, and fully transparent broadcasts, the new aAa project could become one of the most compelling long-term experiments in Europe’s CS2 tier-two scene—perhaps even producing France’s next breakout star.
