Legacy sweep NAVI to secure ESL Pro League Season 23 playoffs spot

Brazilian side Legacy secured a playoff spot at ESL Pro League Season 23 after delivering a convincing 2–0 victory over Natus Vincere in the Stage 2 Swiss group. The win pushed the team to a 3–1 record, guaranteeing their place in the LAN finals and marking one of the most notable results of their current campaign. 

The series was played as a best-of-three in the 2-1 pool, meaning the winner would immediately advance to the playoff stage while the losing side would have one more opportunity to qualify later in the bracket. Legacy handled the pressure confidently, closing out the match in two maps — Dust2 and Mirage — and preventing NAVI from forcing a decider. 

Dominant performance against NAVI

Legacy opened the series strongly on Dust2, where they set the tone early and controlled the pace of the game. The Brazilian squad built a significant lead in the first half and never allowed NAVI to regain momentum, ultimately securing a 13–4 victory. Legacy’s victory over NAVI continues an impressive run in ESL Pro League Season 23. Earlier in the tournament, the Brazilian roster also secured important wins, including a 2–0 victory against Monte during Stage 2, which helped them reach the decisive 2-1 pool in the Swiss format.
