fame Fully Adapts to K27 After Virtus.pro Loan: “I’ve Integrated Into Every Tactic”
Petr “fame” Bolyshev says he has completely adapted to K27 after joining the CS2 roster on loan from Virtus.pro. The Russian rifler revealed that intensive preparation before PGL Astana 2026 helped him quickly understand the team’s structure, tactics, and communication style.
In an interview with Cybersport.ru, fame explained that K27 spent a lot of time practicing together before the event, which accelerated his integration into the lineup.
“I think I’ve integrated into K27 as fully as possible. Before PGL Astana, we spent as much time together as we could, and I got into all the tactics. Outside the game, I also connected with the team really well.”
According to fame, the team continues working on new tactical ideas and is aiming to improve its results in future CS2 tournaments.
fame Helps K27 With Mid-Round Calling and Preparation
The former Virtus.pro player also revealed that he is actively helping K27’s in-game leader X5G7V both inside and outside the server. fame said he contributes to anti-stratting, round preparation, and communication during matches.
“I help him with calls both in-game and outside the game. We review demos together, discuss ideas, and during rounds I can take responsibility if needed.”
The experienced rifler added that he often notices exploitable weaknesses in opponents and shares those ideas with teammates during preparation.
Why fame Joined K27
Virtus.pro officially loaned fame to K27 on April 22 ahead of PGL Astana 2026. He replaced Karim “relaxxie” Miftakhov in the lineup. At the time, the organization confirmed that the temporary transfer did not include a buyout clause.
Shortly after the announcement, fame admitted that he accepted the offer almost immediately because he saw potential in the roster and wanted a new competitive challenge.
“For me, it was a great offer. I was interested in how the guys communicate and approach the game.”
Before PGL Astana, fame also praised K27’s raw mechanical skill, saying every player on the team had “very strong individual skill,” though the roster still lacked experience at the highest tier of competition.
K27 Results With fame
K27 finished 15th-16th at PGL Astana 2026 with fame standing in for the team. Despite the early exit, the organization decided to extend his loan agreement until the end of June 2026.
The roster is expected to attend DraculaN Season 7 in Romania from June 23-28 alongside several online CS2 events.
Virtus.pro Roster Changes Continue
fame’s move to K27 comes during a major rebuilding period for Virtus.pro. In February 2026, VP benched both fame and Evgeniy “FL1T” Lebedev as part of broader roster changes.
During his time with Virtus.pro, fame won multiple notable CS tournaments, including:
IEM Rio Major 2022
Roobet Cup 2023
FiReLEAGUE Battle 2023
ESL Challenger Atlanta 2023
CS analyst Anatoly “liTTle” Yashin later supported the transfer, saying fame still has strong potential and could become an important piece for K27 due to his experience and motivation.
