Digital Crusade Confirms $150K Super DraculaN CS2 Tournament in Bucharest
Digital Crusade has officially announced Super DraculaN Season 7, a $150,000 Counter-Strike 2 tournament set to take place in Bucharest, Romania, from June 23-28, 2026. The upcoming CS2 LAN event will feature 16 teams and marks the biggest DraculaN tournament in the organizer’s history.
The event was first confirmed through HLTV, with the Romanian organizer revealing that Super DraculaN will be held shortly after the Cologne Major, giving teams another major opportunity to earn valuable Valve Regional Standings (VRS) points during the summer season.
Super DraculaN Prize Pool and Format
According to the official event listing, the $150,000 prize pool will be evenly split between players and organizations:
$75,000 for players
$75,000 for clubs
Super DraculaN will feature:
16 CS2 teams
LAN format
Double-elimination group stage
Single-elimination playoffs
Live audience playoffs on June 27-28
The final stage of the tournament will take place at the Halo Events Center in Bucharest, making it one of the largest independent Counter-Strike events in Eastern Europe this year.
DraculaN Continues Growing in Importance for CS2 Teams
The DraculaN series has rapidly gained attention within the competitive Counter-Strike scene due to its growing prize pools and crucial VRS implications.
DraculaN Season 6, held earlier this year, became one of the final opportunities for teams to secure points before the Major cutoff. North American squad M80 won the tournament after defeating Monte in the grand final, a result that helped the team qualify for the Cologne Major.
The previous edition also featured notable organizations including:
FaZe
Team Liquid
Aurora
Monte
Passion UA
The event produced several surprising results, including FaZe dropping into the lower bracket after a loss to Passion UA.
karrigan and ultimate React to DraculaN Pressure
The packed schedule and high-stakes environment of DraculaN Season 6 drew reactions from multiple players.
FaZe in-game leader Finn “karrigan” Andersen previously described the team’s 2026 form as “completely shit” during the difficult Major qualification run. Following FaZe’s disappointing performance, he admitted the season could either become an experience he recovers from or one that “breaks” him.
Meanwhile, Team Liquid AWPer Roland “ultimate” Tomkowiak spoke about the physical demands of the event after playing multiple matches in a single day.
“I was personally gassed out.”
Despite the difficult conditions, ultimate praised smaller international LAN events like DraculaN for helping developing teams improve against stronger opposition.
Super DraculaN Could Become a Major CS2 Summer Event
With a significantly increased prize pool, LAN environment, and important VRS implications, Super DraculaN Season 7 is shaping up to become one of the most important non-tier-one Counter-Strike 2 tournaments of the summer.
Because the event takes place immediately after the Cologne Major, many top and mid-tier teams are expected to use the tournament to rebuild momentum, test roster changes, and gain valuable ranking points ahead of the next CS2 season stretch.
As the competitive Counter-Strike calendar continues to expand, Digital Crusade’s DraculaN series is quickly establishing itself as a key destination for international CS2 teams outside the traditional BLAST and ESL ecosystem.
