BOROS Leaves JiJieHao Again, Becomes Free Agent

Mohammad “BOROS” Malhas and JiJieHao have ended their cooperation again, with the Jordanian rifler announcing that the two parties terminated his contract by mutual agreement. The move closes what was effectively BOROS’ second short spell with the China-based organization, and it comes at an awkward moment: JiJieHao are only days away from returning to LAN competition.
In his public statement, BOROS said he is a free agent and actively looking for a new team. He also framed the stint positively, highlighting that the roster reached two finals in roughly two months and calling it a “great experience,” while stressing that he is motivated for what comes next.
This departure is notable not only because of the timing, but because it mirrors the unusual, stop-start nature of BOROS’ relationship with JiJieHao over the last year. He originally joined the team on a permanent deal in February 2025 after a period of searching for a stable home, arriving as the replacement for compatriot Issa “ISSAA” Murad, who was moved to the bench at the time. From there, the first chapter ended in July 2025, when BOROS stated that he had paid his own buyout to become a free agent again. During that initial run, JiJieHao came close to major appearances via qualifiers—making closed qualifiers for ESL Pro League and PGL Astana—but fell short of reaching the main events.
Then, in November 2025, the story took another turn: JiJieHao announced BOROS’ return to the active roster just months after he had bought himself out, while ISSAA also confirmed he had parted ways with the org and was open to offers (including IGL or coaching roles). HLTV reported that BOROS had already been playing officials for JiJieHao since early September, even before the “official” re-signing announcement.
Despite the revolving door narrative, results on the server had started to look more promising recently. HLTV notes that JiJieHao’s run included a second-place finish at ZOWIE eXTREMESLAND Asia Open 2025 in Shanghai, a $150,000 LAN where they ended as runners-up. They followed that up with another second-place finish at ZHI-TECH Elite Masters 2026 in Beijing, where FlyQuest won the event and JiJieHao finished second.
Even so, the lineup will now have to adapt immediately. JiJieHao’s next official outing is scheduled for February 12–14 in Istanbul, Turkey, at IstanbuLAN 2026, a $25,000 offline event played in a single-elimination best-of-three format (with invited teams). HLTV reports that the team will use Flatron “juanflatroo” Halimi as a stand-in for the tournament, information that was shared with HLTV by Dionis “sinnopsyy” Budeci. The first match listed on HLTV is JiJieHao vs. Eternal Fire on February 12.
As of HLTV’s most recent team overview, JiJieHao’s main lineup is shown as m1N1, sinnopsyy, Bibu, and 0SAMAS, with Torbjørn “mithR” Nyborg as coach, and the team sitting around the #79 mark in HLTV’s world ranking at the time of the update.
For BOROS—still only 21 years old per HLTV’s player profile—this is yet another reset in a career that has already included multiple rapid roster shifts. His next destination remains unconfirmed, but his message makes one thing clear: he’s back on the market immediately, and he wants a new project fast.
