100 Thieves confirm poiii and sirah signings for new Counter-Strike roster

100 Thieves confirm poiii and sirah signings for new Counter-Strike roster

100 Thieves have taken another major step toward completing their return to Counter-Strike by officially confirming the signings of Alex “poiii” Nyholm Sundgren and William “sirah” Kjærsgaard for their new 100 Thieves Roobet roster. According to HLTV, both deals were completed via buyouts—poiii from Alliance and sirah from ECSTATIC—making the two 19-year-olds the third and fourth names formally revealed for the project.

A roster built around proven winners — but without a shortcut

The announcements continue a clear pattern: 100 Thieves are pairing young, high-upside talent with some of the most decorated leadership Counter-Strike has produced. The organization had already introduced Håvard “rain” Nygaard as a cornerstone of the lineup and appointed Lukas “gla1ve” Rossander as head coach, giving the team veteran experience and a long history of top-tier structure at the highest level.

But despite the recognizable names, this won’t be an instant “plug-and-play” superteam. HLTV notes that the roster is expected to be assembled largely from scratch and will likely need to climb through open events and lower-tier competitions rather than receiving immediate access to elite invites through an established ranking core.

That reality was reinforced again when HLTV later confirmed a third player reveal on the same day: André “Ag1l” Gil joined from SAW, and HLTV explicitly framed the move as another piece of a roster that still has to work its way up “from zero” while accumulating the necessary Valve ranking points.

Who are poiii and sirah — and why they fit this rebuild

From a talent-development perspective, both poiii and sirah arrive with strong “future star” profiles.

poiii has built his reputation across the Swedish scene over roughly two years, moving through organizations such as Lilmix, EYEBALLERS, and Alliance before landing this opportunity. HLTV describes him as a “hot commodity,” a label that reflects the growing attention around him in tier-two European Counter-Strike.

sirah has been watched for even longer by scouts and analysts. HLTV points out that he joined MOUZ NXT at just 16, a notable signal of potential given MOUZ NXT’s track record as a talent pipeline, before later moving to ECSTATIC, where he continued developing in the European tier-two circuit.

Importantly, HLTV ties both players to its broader “next generation” coverage: they were included in HLTV’s Prospect Report, with sirah ranked 23rd and poiii 40th in the most recent mid-season update referenced in the report. That context helps explain why 100 Thieves are willing to invest in buyouts—these aren’t random pickups, but players already tracked as legitimate prospects.

The “missing piece”: device, and what’s been reported

While 100 Thieves have not formally completed the five-man lineup publicly, HLTV has repeatedly reported that Nicolai “device” Reedtz is the expected final player. In an earlier report dated December 9, 2025, HLTV said device was expected to join as the team’s AWPer/sniper, citing multiple sources and also referencing reporting from Dust2.dk.

HLTV also framed this potential move as a reunion: device linking up again with gla1ve, his longtime Astralis teammate, now in a coaching role for 100 Thieves.

The subsequent roster announcements have continued to reference device as the anticipated final name. When HLTV announced Ag1l’s signing, the publication again stated that the last piece had not yet been officially revealed but was still expected to be device, consistent with the earlier HLTV reporting.

Why 100 Thieves are back in CS — and what “Roobet” means here

These roster moves sit within a broader organizational comeback. 100 Thieves officially announced in November 2025 that they are returning to Counter-Strike after a multi-year absence, and that the team will compete under the name “100 Thieves Roobet” as part of a title partnership.

Where things stand now

As of the latest official updates reported by HLTV, 100 Thieves have publicly confirmed:

  • rain

  • poiii

  • sirah

  • Ag1l

  • gla1ve (coach)

And, based on HLTV’s sourcing, the remaining unannounced player is still widely expected to be device—but until the organization makes it official, it remains a report rather than a confirmed signing.
