Biography

Andrii “fear” Sheludchenko (born August 24, 2001, Ukraine) is a professional Counter-Strike 2 player and in-game leader, currently representing B8 Esports. Recognized for his strategic mindset, leadership qualities, and composure under pressure, fear has developed into one of the most respected young captains in Eastern European Counter-Strike.

Fear began his professional career in 2019, quickly emerging through the ranks of the CIS scene. Early in his journey, he joined the Natus Vincere Junior roster — the academy team of the world-renowned Natus Vincere organization — where he showcased his leadership potential and tactical understanding. Under his guidance, Na’Vi Junior became one of the most competitive academy rosters in Europe, helping nurture future stars such as m0NESY and headtr1ck. His experience in this environment played a crucial role in shaping him into a confident and analytical in-game leader.

After his time with Na’Vi Junior, fear competed with several regional teams before joining B8 Esports in 2022. As the team’s IGL, he brought structure, discipline, and a deep understanding of the game’s evolving meta. Under his leadership, B8 became a consistent force in tier-two European competition, regularly participating in events such as the CCT, RES Masters, and ESEA Advanced Leagues.

Fear is best known for his calm and methodical approach to calling. He combines a deep sense of tactical awareness with the ability to read opponents, adjust mid-round strategies, and maintain team morale during high-pressure moments. As a rifler, he contributes reliably on both sides of the map, often prioritizing supportive positions and utility work to ensure his teammates can perform at their peak.

Throughout his career, fear has played over 600 professional maps, maintaining a Rating 2.0 around 1.00, a strong mark for a player focused primarily on leadership and team coordination. His balance of experience and youth makes him a rare hybrid in the scene — a player capable of both guiding and growing with his team.
