Biography

Benjamin “blameF” Bremer (born June 10, 1997, Denmark) is a professional Counter-Strike 2 player currently competing for Astralis. Known for his elite rifling ability, exceptional game sense, and leadership qualities, blameF is regarded as one of Denmark’s most consistent and intelligent players of the modern Counter-Strike era.

BlameF began his professional career in 2017, working his way through the Danish and European semi-professional scene. His early days with teams like Great Danes and Heroic quickly showcased his combination of mechanical precision and strong understanding of team play. By 2019, he had established himself as one of Denmark’s top emerging talents and joined Complexity Gaming, a move that would define the next stage of his career.

During his time with Complexity (2019–2021), blameF served both as the team’s star rifler and in-game leader. Under his guidance, the team won several international tournaments, including BLAST Premier: Spring 2020 European Finals, and achieved consistent results against top-tier opponents. Known for his structured playstyle and disciplined approach, blameF became widely respected for his ability to balance leadership duties with exceptional individual performance — a rare quality in professional Counter-Strike.

In late 2021, blameF joined Astralis, one of Denmark’s most iconic organizations. Initially taking on leadership and rifling responsibilities, he quickly became the team’s central figure, providing stability and star-level output during a period of transition. His playstyle, characterized by patience, calculated aggression, and impeccable positioning, has made him one of the most efficient riflers in Counter-Strike.

BlameF is known for his incredible consistency, often finishing among the highest-rated players in the world. Across more than 1,200 professional maps, he maintains a career Rating 2.0 of approximately 1.20, alongside impressive statistics such as 85+ ADR and one of the lowest death-per-round ratios among Tier 1 players. His disciplined approach and ability to clutch under pressure have solidified his reputation as one of the most reliable players in the game.
