Biography

Valerii “b1t” Vakhovskyi (born January 5, 2003, in Ukraine) is a professional Counter-Strike 2 rifler for Natus Vincere (NAVI), celebrated for his exceptional aim precision, disciplined playstyle, and ability to perform under the highest tournament pressure. Rising from NAVI’s academy program to become a world champion and one of the game’s most consistent riflers, b1t has built a reputation as a cornerstone of NAVI’s success in both CS:GO and CS2.

B1t’s professional journey began in early 2020 with NAVI Junior, the organization’s academy team, where his raw mechanical talent and near-perfect crosshair placement quickly set him apart. In December 2020, he was promoted to NAVI’s main roster, initially as a rotational sixth player before becoming a permanent starter in 2021. His breakthrough year came almost instantly—b1t played a crucial role in NAVI’s historic PGL Major Stockholm 2021 victory, the first Major title in the organization’s history, where they went undefeated. His performance earned him a spot in HLTV’s Top 20 Players of 2021, ranking ninth overall.

Over the next two years, b1t established himself as one of the most reliable riflers in tier-one Counter-Strike. His sharp headshot percentage, smart positioning, and ability to win duels against the world’s best kept him in NAVI’s starting five through multiple roster iterations. He contributed to key titles including IEM Cologne 2021, BLAST Premier Global Final 2020, and BLAST Premier World Final 2021, as well as deep runs in numerous elite tournaments.

The transition to Counter-Strike 2 in late 2023 marked a new chapter for b1t. Despite the mechanical and tactical shifts of the new game, he adapted seamlessly, retaining his high level of consistency. In March 2024, he helped lead NAVI to victory at the PGL Major Copenhagen 2024—the first-ever CS2 Major—adding another world championship to his résumé. That year also saw NAVI secure titles at ESL Pro League Season 20, IEM Rio 2024, and the Esports World Cup 2024, alongside strong finishes at events like IEM Cologne 2024 and the BLAST Premier Fall Final 2024.

B1t’s playstyle is defined by his patience, precision, and calculated aggression. Rarely overextending, he thrives in holding angles, trading efficiently, and converting mid-to-late round scenarios into wins. His signature strength lies in mechanical fundamentals—especially headshot accuracy—that consistently place him among the top performers in professional play.

By 2025, b1t had earned over $1 million in prize money, competed in multiple Major finals, and solidified his status as one of NAVI’s longest-serving and most dependable players. Still in his early twenties, Valerii “b1t” Vakhovskyi stands as one of Counter-Strike’s most precise and consistent riflers, a proven world champion whose skill and discipline remain key to NAVI’s continued dominance in the CS2 era.
