Biography
Andrei “arT” Piovezan (born March 27, 1996, Brazil) is a professional Counter-Strike 2 in-game leader best known for his long-standing role as the strategic core and defining voice of FURIA Esports. Recognized as one of Brazil’s most innovative and aggressive IGLs, arT has built a global reputation for his fearless calling style, relentless map control attempts, and pioneering approach to high-tempo Counter-Strike.
ArT began his professional career in the Brazilian CS:GO scene in the mid-2010s, competing for teams such as TShow, Falkol, and LGD. His leadership potential became evident early on, as he consistently took on calling responsibilities while refining an ultra-aggressive philosophy focused on surprise timings and pressure-heavy openings. This playing style later became his signature and helped distinguish him within Brazil’s growing talent pool.
His career reached a new level in 2018, when he joined FURIA Esports, the organization that would define his legacy. Under his leadership, FURIA quickly rose from a promising Brazilian lineup to one of the most feared and stylistically unique teams in the world. ArT’s tactical identity—marked by early-round information plays, high-risk space-taking, and unpredictable aggression—reshaped how opponents prepared for the Brazilians. His impact was not only strategic but also personal, as he often served as the team’s entry point, sacrificing his own statistics to enable teammates like yuurih and KSCERATO to dominate.
Throughout the late CS:GO era and into CS2, arT guided FURIA through multiple deep runs at elite events, top-10 world rankings, and Major playoffs appearances. His adaptive leadership, ability to rebuild rosters, and commitment to elevating regional talent secured his status as one of South America’s most influential IGLs.
