Aleksib rose to prominence with ENCE, where his structure-first approach transformed a national lineup into an international contender. Between late 2018 and 2019 he led ENCE to breakthrough titles—StarSeries & i-League Season 6 and DreamHack Open Winter 2018—and to the IEM Katowice 2019 Major grand final, followed by another marquee trophy at BLAST Pro Series Madrid 2019. In late 2019, Aleksib became the founding IGL of OG, building a new international project and guiding it to consistent tier-one contention through the online-to-LAN transition. He then moved to G2 Esports in 2022, bringing stability and depth to a star-heavy lineup, before a switch to Ninjas in Pyjamas in early 2023, where he once again shouldered leadership duties across evolving metas.

The pivotal chapter began in mid-2023, when he joined NAVI to captain the organization’s new international roster. Navigating role changes and personnel shifts, Aleksib led NAVI to the PGL Major Copenhagen 2024 title with a system built around tight mid-round coordination and pragmatic tempo changes—pressing advantages with fast hits when reads were strong, and defaulting into information control when games demanded patience. The championship validated his reputation as an IGL capable of winning at the very highest level while integrating young firepower and a new AWPer into a cohesive, Major-winning unit.

Across 2024–2025, Aleksib has kept NAVI in the title conversation with playoff runs at premier events and a calling style tailored to the CS2 economy and movement model. He emphasizes percentage fights, clean utility trading, and late-round composure—principles that minimize risk while creating high-value openings for his stars. Individually, his numbers skew toward impact you feel more than you see on highlight reels: well-timed repositions, “must-win” mid-rounds, and resource management that turns slim leads into map wins. His leadership was recognized globally when he was named Captain of the Year for 2024, further underlining his influence on the first year of top-level CS2.
