Inferno offered more resistance. Lynn Vision reached four rounds in the first half, but even their stronger stretches were disrupted by individual plays from Vitality. The EWC 2026 group stage uses a double-elimination structure, with four teams progressing from each eight-team group into a 16-team single-elimination playoff bracket. Inferno was more competitive without ever becoming genuinely close.

Vitality's T side established an 8-4 advantage before the break. The early mezii post-plant and ZywOo's later 1v3 prevented Lynn Vision from converting situations that might otherwise have kept the economy and score under control.

After switching to CT, Vitality took the pistol round and conceded only one of the next six rounds.

His aggressive rifling helped Vitality deny Lynn Vision the space to build their T side, and he ended the map 16-4 with a 2.09 rating. Across the full series he finished 26-14 with a 1.46 rating.

ZywOo took the headlines, but flameZ's early-round pressure was a major reason Dust2 never developed into a contest.

mezii provided the strongest performance behind ZywOo across the full best-of-three.
