The MongolZ have advanced to the grand final of the Esports World Cup 2025 (EWC), having become the only team to defeat Team Vitality twice this year.
Following Vitality’s extraordinary run earlier in 2025—including seven consecutive tournament victories—the Mongolian squad has dealt them three notable defeats post–mid-season. They bested MOUZ at IEM Cologne, prevailed at BLAST Bounty Season 2 Finals, and now again in Riyadh.
