Sangal Transfer-List Patsi and clax Amid Major CS2 Roster Rebuild

Turkish esports organization Sangal Esports has officially placed Robert “Patsi” Isyanov and Timur “clax” Sabirov on the transfer list, continuing a dramatic Counter-Strike 2 roster overhaul that has effectively dismantled the team’s 2025 CIS project.

The move leaves Selman “R4DYX” Ozan as the only remaining active player on Sangal’s CS2 lineup following the recent loan departure of Luca “pr1metapz” Voigt to OG.

According to the original report from HLTV, Sangal confirmed the transfer listing in an official statement:

“Our players Robert ‘Patsi’ Isyanov and Timur ‘clax’ Sabirov have been moved out of the main roster and will be open to offers on the transfer list as of today. We thank them for their efforts to our team, and wish them the best of luck in their future.”

Sangal’s CIS CS2 Project Falls Apart

Patsi and clax originally joined Sangal in July 2025 alongside Evgeny “Norwi” Ermolin as part of the organization’s ambitious CIS-focused rebuild. At the time, Sangal management described the roster as a long-term investment centered around young talent and future development.

In the organization’s original announcement, Sangal CEO Hamza Sönmez said the team wanted to build around:

“young, determined, hardworking, and high-potential talents.”

Meanwhile, coach Jimmy “Jumpy” Berndtsson praised the trio as:

“highly skilled players” with “significant potential.”

However, the project failed to generate consistent results in tier-two Counter-Strike. Norwi was transfer-listed earlier in 2026, while danistzz was later removed from the active roster. The departure of pr1metapz to OG further accelerated the collapse of the lineup.

Sangal Recently Won Urban Riga Open Season 4

Ironically, the roster changes come shortly after one of Sangal’s strongest recent tournament performances. The team won Urban Riga Open Season 4 using stand-ins CYPHER and smooya, defeating Passion UA in the grand final.

That result had wider implications for the CS2 competitive scene. Passion UA’s loss eliminated their final path to a Cologne Major qualification spot and indirectly secured a Major berth for Team Liquid.

Despite the success, Sangal did not retain the temporary lineup. Shortly afterward, CYPHER publicly confirmed he was still searching for opportunities:

“I am still OPEN to offers and wanting to compete so bad!!”

What’s Next for Patsi and clax?

Both Patsi and clax remain intriguing options for organizations seeking experienced CIS talent in Counter-Strike 2. Patsi previously competed for Team Spirit and briefly played for Liquid during his international stint, while clax continues to be viewed as a mechanically gifted rifler with upside at the tier-two level.

As of now, Sangal have no confirmed upcoming matches and sit outside the upper tier of the HLTV rankings, signaling that a complete rebuild may be underway.
