After three intense days of action at the Romanian-hosted DraculaN Season 2, only three teams remain in contention as the tournament heads into its final phase. 

Lower Bracket Battles

The day’s competition began in the lower bracket, where Passion UA and Zero Tenacity earned hard-fought series wins. Passion UA took down GenOne before meeting Zero Tenacity. Meanwhile, Zero Tenacity eliminated ECSTATIC earlier. 

In their showdown, Passion UA edged out Zero Tenacity in a dramatic three-map contest. The final map, Nuke, stretched into triple overtime before Johnny “JT” Theodosiou’s side clinched it. 

Upper Bracket & Upcoming Matches

In the upper bracket, OG sealed their place in the grand final with a victory over BASEMENT BOYS, ending Basement Boys’ streak, which had included wins over FlyQuest, Nexus, and Passion UA. Their win keeps OG in the running for a Stage 2 Major invite, as they hover only just below fnatic (currently #16 in Europe) in ranking points. 

Meanwhile, Passion UA’s survival means they will face Basement Boys in the consolidation final tomorrow.The winner between BASEMENT BOYS and Passion UA will go on to challenge OG in the grand final later that day. 

Stakes & Format

DraculaN Season 2 is played in a double-elimination playoff format. The prize pool is US $11,258, with the champion earning $5,629. As the field dwindles, each match carries immense weight—not just for the trophy, but for VRS points and Major qualification implications.
