No Upsets Again on Day Three of BLAST Bounty Season 2

Day three of the BLAST Bounty Season 2 continued to follow the expected script—higher-seeded teams prevailed in every fixture, leaving bounty hunters empty-handed once more.
FURIA delivered a commanding performance, dismantling BIG to kick off the day.
MOUZ rebounded strongly after dropping a map, ultimately defeating OG in their best-of-three series.
Both paiN and Legacy eked out tight victories in their respective three-map showdowns—paiN over Ninjas in Pyjamas, and Legacy over fnatic.
Notably, this matches the trend from earlier days in the tournament:
On day one, favorites continued to dominate—FaZe dispatched BetBoom, and again no lower seed managed an upset.
Day two followed suit, with higher-seeded teams maintaining control throughout.
The format for BLAST Bounty Season 2 features a unique twist: lower seeds (ranked 17–32) get to draft their opponents, and each higher-ranked opponent has a cash bounty placed on their head, adding extra stakes to each matchup.
As the online phase continues, eight teams will qualify for the LAN finals in Malta, where the competition will shift to a single-elimination best-of-three bracket, culminating in a best-of-five grand final.
