Flamie on Jame and PARIVISION: “He Can Build a Tier-1 Team With His System”
Former professional Counter-Strike player Egor “flamie” Vasilyev has spoken highly of Dzhami “Jame” Ali and his work with PARIVISION, stating that the team’s captain is fully capable of developing a tier-1 CS2 roster through his tactical system.
Flamie shared his thoughts after PARIVISION’s confident performance and title win at BLAST Bounty Winter 2026, where the team defeated Team Falcons 2–0 in the final.
Flamie praises Jame’s leadership and system
Commenting on PARIVISION’s recent progress, flamie admitted that he did not expect such a rapid rise but emphasized that the roster changes and leadership structure are paying off.
According to flamie, Jame’s biggest strength is his ability to consistently develop players inside a structured system, rather than relying on short-term form.
“Jame is a very good captain. He can calmly build, with his system, a strong team that can fight for titles,” flamie said.
This assessment aligns with Jame’s long-standing reputation as one of the most system-oriented in-game leaders in Counter-Strike.
Why PARIVISION’s rise in CS2 matters
1. BLAST Bounty Winter 2026 victory confirms momentum
PARIVISION’s tournament win was not a one-off upset. The team showed composure and tactical discipline throughout the event, culminating in a 2–0 win over Team Falcons on Mirage (13–9) and Dust2 (13–11).
The victory immediately placed PARIVISION among the most discussed CS2 teams of the month.
2. Zweih’s improvement after leaving Team Spirit
Flamie specifically pointed out Ivan “zweih” Gogin, noting that the player looks significantly more comfortable compared to his time in Team Spirit.
Zweih himself has publicly stated that the atmosphere in PARIVISION suits him better, which appears to be reflected in his in-game confidence and decision-making.
Coach Dastan “dastan” Akbayev previously confirmed that the staff intentionally eased zweih into the lineup, focusing on communication and POV reviews rather than immediate pressure.
3. Opponents acknowledge Jame’s system
PARIVISION’s approach has also been noticed by rival teams. Before their match at BLAST Bounty, Gabriel “FalleN” Toledo described Jame-led teams as highly structured and difficult to punish if opponents lack discipline.
FalleN directly linked PARIVISION’s recent results to Jame’s tactical philosophy, reinforcing flamie’s point from an external perspective.
Jame’s long-term vision: developing players, not just winning maps
In previous interviews, Jame has repeatedly emphasized player growth. During one international event run, he described his team’s progress as almost unbelievable, highlighting how quickly relatively inexperienced players reached a level where they could compete with top teams.
This philosophy remains consistent with flamie’s statement: PARIVISION is a long-term project, not a short-term gamble.

Verdict: Is PARIVISION a future Tier-1 CS2 team?
With:

PARIVISION’s trajectory supports flamie’s assessment. The team may not yet be a permanent tier-1 contender, but the foundation is clearly there.
