DedOk Says PARIVISION Need Roster Changes and Bootcamp After PGL Astana 2026 Exit

Russian CS2 commentator and analyst Yan 'DedOk' Kordiyak believes PARIVISION still have significant potential, but only if the organization makes roster adjustments and completes another intensive bootcamp.

The statement came after PARIVISION’s disappointing run at PGL Astana 2026, where the team was eliminated in the Swiss stage following a loss to G2 Esports.

DedOk Criticizes PARIVISION’s Current Level

Speaking about the team’s recent form, DedOk explained that constant travel and packed tournament schedules negatively affect players both mentally and emotionally. According to him, PARIVISION’s strongest performances came only after long preparation periods.

“I will expect much more from PARIVISION only after one or two roster changes and a productive bootcamp,” DedOk said.

The analyst also noted that the current lineup could still exceed expectations, but described that scenario as more of a rare “Rocky Balboa-style” success story rather than a realistic projection.

The original interview was published by Cybersport Metaratings.

PARIVISION Eliminated From PGL Astana 2026

PARIVISION finished their PGL Astana 2026 campaign with a 1-3 record. Their elimination match against G2 Esports ended with the following map scores:

  • Mirage — 5:13
  • Dust2 — 13:11
  • Ancient — 12:16

Despite entering the event with high expectations, the team managed to secure only one series victory during the tournament.

PARIVISION’s Rise After zweih Transfer

DedOk specifically referenced the arrival of Ivan 'zweih' Gogin as one of the reasons PARIVISION previously showed rapid improvement.

Earlier this season, zweih himself admitted that the team’s breakthrough results exceeded his own expectations.

“I hoped we were going to make one playoff in the first season — it’s insane,” zweih previously said in an interview with HLTV.

The roster quickly became one of the most discussed CIS projects in Counter-Strike 2 after several strong online and LAN performances.

Coach dastan Previously Said PARIVISION Are Not Tier-1 Yet

PARIVISION head coach Dastan 'dastan' Akbaev also shared concerns about the team’s long-term consistency earlier this year.

According to dastan, the squad should currently be viewed as a “Tier 1.5” team rather than a stable top-tier contender. His comments fueled additional speculation about possible future roster moves.

What’s Next for PARIVISION?

PARIVISION are expected to continue their season at the upcoming CS Asia Championships 2026, where they are scheduled to face Team Liquid.

Analysts believe the event could play an important role in determining the team’s future position within the tier-one CS2 ecosystem and invite circuit.
