BC.Game sign electroNic, reuniting him with s1mple
BC.Game have completed the signing of Denis “electroNic” Sharipov from Virtus.pro’s bench, restoring their CS2 roster to full strength after moving Luca “pr1metapz” Voigt to the inactive list on October 3. The move rekindles electroNic’s long-running partnership with Oleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev; the duo won multiple elite trophies together on Natus Vincere between 2017–2023, including PGL Major Stockholm 2021, IEM Katowice 2020, and ESL One Cologne.
The 27-year-old’s recent path has been turbulent. After leaving NAVI for Cloud9 in 2023 (and briefly taking on IGL duties), he switched to Virtus.pro, where results never stabilized and styles clashed. VP benched him on August 29 following a poor BLAST Open London exit. “We weren’t able to build a team together that could consistently fight for top positions,” VP CEO Nikolai Petrossian admitted at the time.
At BC.Game, electroNic joins Nemanja “nexa” Isaković, Aleksandar “CacaNito” Kjulukoski, Andreas “aNdu” Maasing, and s1mple, with Luka “emi” Vuković coaching. (Joakim “jkaem” Myrbostad and pr1metapz are benched.) The club hopes the firepower-first formula—now featuring a historic s1mple × electroNic reunion—can scale beyond their recent tier-two success.
